Stonehouse is one of the newer recreational communities in the Williamsburg area. The community is located about 20 minutes west of Williamsburg off exit 227 of I-64. The terrain here is very hilly... almost mountainous in some areas. The golf course is definitely not easy to walk! The homes vary widely in size and price. Prices in Stonehouse rage from $350K to $1.5 million.

The developer's inventory in the first section is sold out, but there are some nice home sites on the re-sale market. LOTS! A new developer will begin construction the near future, so stay tuned for more information as the development gets underway. The master plan, as approved by the James City County, calls for about 3500 more homes (wide variety of options), commercial development, and amenities. This will be the most exciting development in the Williamsburg area. Stay tuned here for updates and photos as the new plan begins to take shape!
