This community is located about halfway between Richmond and Williamsburg (maybe slightly closer to Richmond). Currently, you will find a wide selection of home prices and styles and lots of inventory to choose from. As the lot prices escalated in Williamsburg and Richmond, many of the builders purchased lots in Brickshire. Ryan Homes has two new neighborhoods of homes currently underway near the entrance to the Brickshire community. One neighborhood has townhomes, and the other has golf villas. The price points here are excellent, and considerably less than in our other golf communities.
Brickshire is definitely the "value play" of Williamsburg's golf communities.
Golfers... the course at Brickshire was designed by Curtis Strange. Check it out here! Royal New Kent is right next door to give you another golfing option.
